employment, encompassing compensations, bonuses, premiums, benefits,
or additional advantages provided by any party to a temporary or
permanent employee. This excludes any amounts designated for the
reimbursement of expenses incurred by the employee in the execution of
their duties, with no intention for the employee to generate a surplus
or gain from such funds.
